A random thought occured to me some time ago. Granted, it came to me after watching Extreme Ghostbusters, but nevertheless!

I realized how lousy a Ghostbusters my friends and I would make. Even if we had not only the tech, the equipment and the know-how, we'd still be fudged. And friends, please don't slaughter me. xD

Case in point:

Friend #1: Nickname "Ducky"

Flinches at everything. Starts screaming immedietly after you point randomly and say anything like "oh my god, a man in a hood behind the window!!", even if she knows you're on the sixth floor. Also, she tends to have major brain farts, for example, she may forget the start of her sentence before she reaches the end.

Has an uncanny ability to weed out anything and everything even remotely suspicious and would make a good rear guard.

Friend #2: Nickname "Witchdoctor"

Self-proclaimed student of the nature's medicine. Knows a lot about Eastern Medicine in the form of massages, knows of the herbs of nature and knows her mythology. Unfortunately, with our luck, any ghost-repellant she might cook up would end up strengthening the vapor and/or would backfire on us in some way. She does have a creepy way of reading people correctly, though.

Luckily, I doubt she'd be willing to trek through abandoned housings, slimy ectoplasm or dangerously derelict buildings.

Friend #3: Nickname "Fairy"

As the nickname says, she's an expert of the fairy folk and would be a very good Ghostbuster (well, out of the four of us she'd be the best choice, I think), if it weren't for the fact that she's absolutely terrified of anything and everything even remotely ghostly in essence. Would make an excellent information gatherer, though.

And is, unfortunately, just about the only sane one among us. Her empathy is strong, thus she'd make an excellent psychic.

Friend #4: Nickname "Sloth" (eh, me)

... Might help you with your ghost infestation, might sit back and laugh about it. That is, if she even gives a damn about it in the first place. Also incredibly lazy and the Queen of Procrastinators.

On the side note, has some knowledge in the ways of the occult, mythology and may or may not possess slight psychic abilities.

And there you have it. Friends, I encourage you to do something similar.
